Oblique rays of the winter sun

ここは長野県木曽郡、妻籠宿にある脇本陣奥谷（南木曽町博物館）。
例年、秋分の日から春分の日ぐらいまで、この斜光による光芒が見られます。
残念ながら今年は、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止のため、写真撮影は禁止となっています。

This beam of light can be seen here during the winter months when the sun is low.
The lines of light are further emphasized by the smoke generated from the traditional Japanese sunken hearth, the "Irori".
