Dinner idea for tonight💡: Extra Crispy Spiced Smashed Potatoes 🥔
Saw these going viral and had to taste them for myself 😍

1. Boil some *small* potatoes until soft with salted water (+1/2 tsp baking soda-this make the water alkaline which makes the potatoes fluffier)
2. Sauce:
-2 tsp smoked paprika
-2 tsp cumin
-2 garlic cloves, grated
-pinch of salt
- fresh rosemary &/or thyme (optional-I had these in my fridge so I threw them in, you can add whatever you want)
-olive oil
3. Bake at 220C or 428F for 35-45 min until golden brown & sizzling (it may be more or less depending on your oven so watch them!)
