This week for #workoutwednesday I wanted to try a new sequencing for training. You’ll see here 6 exercises, all to be done in a row for 1 minute each, 6 minutes straight. Take a 1 minute break and remove one of the exercises for the next round. 5 exercises, 1 minute each, followed by a 1 minute rest. Remove another exercise of your choice and do it again with 4, than 3, 2 and 1!

I challenge you to remove the “easiest” movement. You’ll want to remove the one that you found most difficult, but you won’t grow and improve unless you push yourself! So be uncomfortable. Hold yourself accountable and do the extra work. You’ll be so proud of yourself afterwards. As always, be mindful of every body part and don’t forget your fingers and toes!
