Operation X23 update:
All joints cleared for full ROM
R knee: 4.5 mo post-op: cleared to pivot carefully
Right Shoulder: 4.25 mo post-op: cleared for unlimited weights (obviously with gradual progressions)
L shoulder: 8 weeks post-op: cleared for full speed arm swings and up to 5 lbs of weight!
I’m pretty creaky, but it feels so nice to move again! (Yes. I’m being careful😉)
