12 teenagers, two coastlines (and Hawaii), one high-octane, hormone-fueled surf flick. That’s Rising Stars: The Movie presented by @Reef, which drops on December 28th, and features the best up-and-coming surfers across America and stemming from our series of the same name. Ranging from 11 to 17 years old, and spanning from the Big Island to New Jersey, these kids are the top competitors in the respective divisions of the @NSSAsurf – read: yeah, they’re future CT slayers.
