Don’t eat the butter!

Probably the worst advice you can ever give to a kid (or an adult!)

That’s because butter, especially from grass-fed cows, has lots of good stuff and very little bad stuff:
- Low toxic omega-six oil like linoleic acid
- Very low in casein, a low-quality inflammatory protein in milk
- Very low in lactose

But it’s high in good stuff!

- Saturated fat (about half your cells are made of saturated fat, and so are most of your hormones)
- Butyric acid, which is anti-inflammatory and gut healing
- CLA Which helps you lose weight
- Vitamin A, vitamin D3, and vitamin K2

That’s why my kids were always allowed to have as much grass-fed butter as they wanted, and my daughter asked for her own stick of butter for Christmas when she was four years old and got it!

The other secret power of butter is that you can use small amounts of it during an intermittent fast to reduce hunger radically and to change the structure of the water you drink, so you don’t get cold. No, it won’t break your fast!
