Photo by Robbie Shone @shonephoto / The tomb of the Nubian King Tantamani (Tawentamani) at El Kurru, Sudan, is decorated with hieroglyphic inscriptions and images of the pharaoh and the gods. Uncle Ali, the key holder, illuminated part of the wall for us. The tomb was originally excavated in rock under pyramids that are now partially collapsed.
