I posted a video a couple weeks back of me getting up and continuing on, even though I took a super hard fall. Here’s a video of me from September 27, 2017, right before the Olympic trials, basically having a mental breakdown and doing the opposite of continuing on after a fall.

Now I know that it’s okay to be imperfect and making mistakes is perfectly normal. ♥️⛸
