Grab a band.

Attach to sturdy object.

Perform leg raises. With a little added oomph at top with band. 8-12 times please. Unless ya got more, then go till failure.

Bicycle with a lil “extra”. Until failure. (That means until ya burnin & can’t do no mo👍🏼)

Repeat process 3-4 times.✌🏽
.
The purpose of the band is to give ya just a little more resistance as you SQUEEZE each movement into your core. You can even start with the band & finish without if you can’t perform all rounds.
