Low energy, low motivation, but at least the effort was there. That’s just how it is sometimes & while it sucks & isn’t enjoyable in the slightest, it makes you more grateful for the days that you are entirely “there”. Probably had more of these kind of days this year than any others, but I know the work will shine through when better days eventually come.
