Thoroughly documenting every part of my training in my training journals so in 10 years I can look back at the many “fuck this”, “fuck that”’s & my personal favorites “I feel like shit today”’s from 2020 🙂

But really, if you’re not writing down your workouts, how you feel, what you feel, what changes you made that day, what’s hurting, good things, bad things, etc you are missing an important link in your training in my opinion. I know I definitely look back at past workouts for cues that clicked that day, what numbers I hit and what I did accessory wise to help with various injuries/pains. BE THOROUGH, you’ll thank yourself eventually. What you do with them when you’re done, idk, I have about 10 sitting in a closet.
