Today we are ALL ABOUT ABS! This workout was designed to tone and sculpt your midsection so get ready to feel that BURRNNN! I am using a 10kg weight plate but you can use a dumbbell (or not weight at all). If you are using resistance, make sure to work with a weight that is best for you, I would suggest starting lighter and slowly working your way up. Your ideal weight should make the exercise more challenging without compromising correct form 💪
