The wine harvest I was photographing in Tuscany, Italy, began every day at sunrise, and I had to take advantage of the beautiful light. While on my early morning drive along the winding road by the village of Montalcino, I stopped to capture the thick mist that was starting to dissolve, revealing the area's signature rolling hills dotted with cypress trees and farmhouses.
