Push workout 🥰👊🏻 I haven’t really trained chest or triceps in a minute so I am in ~pain~ 🤧 Wearing the new outlander collection from @balanceathletica (coming Nov 23rd!)
Workout:
- Smith machine military press: 4 sets of 10
- Smith machine incline bench press: 3 sets of 12
- Lateral raise drop set: 3 sets of 30 (dropping to a lower weight every 10 reps)
- Cable chest fly: 3 sets of 15
- Super set: cable tricep pushdowns (3 sets of 15) with cable overhead extensions (3 sets of 15) *sorry no video lol I couldn’t get a good angle and got nervous because people were around 😀*
- Super set: plate front raises to race car drivers (3 sets of 10 reps) with plate push always (3 sets of 12)
