Leg workout 🙌🏻💙 You know the deal, always keeping the basics in my workouts. My legs were crumbling 🔥
- Pause Sumo Squats: 4 sets of 12 (I never ever squat so yes 95lbs was hard for me for these 😂)
- Super set: DB Sumo Squat Pulses (4 sets of 15) with DB RDL’s (4 sets of 15)
- Hip Thrusts: 3 sets of 15
- Reverse Lunges: 3 sets of 10 each leg
- Super Set: Stability Ball Hamstring Curls (3 sets of 15) with Toe Taps (3 x 30 seconds)
