Recovering from surgery and injury is never easy - quality physical therapy has been the key to my successes there! The PT and I are always working on range of motion and strengthening key supportive muscle groups. After a few sessions, the pain and tension has been mostly resolved and I’m looking forward to integrating these maintenance exercises with my daily routine!
