I initially had no idea what to do or where to go. But I knew that the first step was to face the immediate situations in my life that needed my attention to amend. And for me, the most immediate obstacle I needed to address was my emotional pain and trauma.

Getting clear on the inner workings of my self has helped me tremendously in my life. Your emotional body is the center of your well-being. Without a stability in your emotions, your mental and physical bodies will too deteriorate over time.

Now, when I look back at the past half decade in which I’ve grown through facing myself and confronting myself, I am immensely proud. You must remember you can either be your own most loyal supporter or most loyal hater. I am thankful I chose to be the former.
