Timely I suppose..... and also a concept I have been thinking about a lot lately..... since we recorded this episode. • The shift I have felt is around the idea of oneness. I have begun to realize, as I hold space for a wider and wider spectrum of both happy and sad emotions(duality).... is they are part of the whole, oneness. Everything is connected.... being able to see and feel MORE of what a human existence has to offer. Another layer deeper is the understanding that everyone we interact with is showing us areas in our life to be healed. So as we widen our spectrum, it is implied that we are also seeing more of ourself too. • Can we observe these happenings in our life and not judge? And love more?
