Feeling so proud of myself. Working out was always my job, that doesn’t mean I LIKED it. I stopped skating and fitness was the first thing to go, I needed space from the hours of training. So now for me it genuinely is a BFD that I’m making the time in my day to get up and show up for myself. It is so much more about the mental mountain I’m pushing myself up. I decided I couldn’t do it alone, so I called in the help of my girl @aliciasacramonequinn, and trained on the @brightfitnessapp today and it was just what I needed to get through the week. I’ve been amazed at the range of trainers I’ve found on the app, like @movewithmorgs, @ashleychapman.b and @fit_nastics. I’ve been working out with trainers on @brightfitnessapp for a few months and I love how it makes working out and training so accessible. You can train with world-class personal trainers from your home straight through Zoom! 2020 isn’t over yet, and I’m still reaching for my goals.
