Búho Rouge (@buhorouge) is a new barbecue pop-up from brothers Eduardo and Hugo Bolaños, who have deep fine dining experience in LA at places like the Hotel Bel Air and Spago. Their father was a butcher in Guatemala, and they bring a passion for grilled meats told through a Basque Country lens at their Pasadena home (and around town, including recently at Wexler's Deli in Grand Central Market).
