I ask myself why, if something bothers me. Finding inner-calm is beneficial in stressful periods. Noone else but me, can free me of my self-imposed demands. It’s a mirage to blame myself for not being resistant enough to stress, because this makes me bleed much more. My emphasis is to mitigate unnecessary stressors and take time off when I need it.
