Usually, I take a break when my body alerts for rest. Pretty seldom I make an excuse, because I know it’s more likely for injuries to creep in with sore muscles. If I do it anyway, as shown in the pic that time, I opt for controlled climbing. Training with tiredness has some benefits: I improve the awareness of my body movements and arm myself with the most efficient climbing skills. What are your experience in here?
