I’ve tried thousand different diets, I’ve tried a high fat bacon and fatty steak diet 🤪 I’ve tried protein-only diet, a lectin-free diet, I’ve been raw, vegetarian and all of above 🤡 I’ve also struggled with wine drinking. I’ve never been a big drinker but I’d always have a glass or two of wino every day 😳 I always felt the best when eating plant based meals but I didn’t know how to stay vegan and make it a life style🤷🏼‍♀️ All my struggles went away the day when Mindfulness came into my life 🙌 It changed everything including the way I eat. I stopped drinking alcohol just like that 💥 and never looked back. I stoped eating animal products because I consciously saw that it makes no sense at all!
