To be honest I havnt worked out at all this trip and I normally do when I go on vacay for more than 3 days. On the flip side of it, it’s actually beneficial to give yourself body a break sometimes! I do however encourage you to try to get in at least 30 mins to start the day off right!

When I go back home I don’t do anything ‘extra’ to make up for the time off. I just go back to my normal routine. It’s normal to gain water weight while on vacation and most people freak out thinking it’s all fat. It’s not - some is LOL but less than you would think! After a few days of being back you’ll start to see those holiday pounds drop off so be easy on yourself and take it day by day!

Try this full body body weight routine! Aim for 30 seconds of each (don’t forget both legs/arms on single leg/arm movements) with 10 seconds rest and repeat for 4 rounds!
