Major chest day coming at you! Really focusing compound movements earlier on in this workout. Then moving towards isolation work. Upper chest is also given more of a priority. @fitnessculturetraining

1. Strength movement- Flat bench 5x5 working off 80% of 1 rep max. 2 mins rest.

2. Incline DB press single arm. Four sets of 10 reps (5 each arm x 2 = one set)

3. Single arm decline press hammer smith. 10,8, 8 - then drop set to failure.

4. Cable cross over. 3 sets 12 reps.
