Biscuits were on my mind from quite a time. I've never made them but I know how good they can be when done right (especially when served alongside fried chicken 😋) .
I based them on @bonappetitmag recipe, but I did some tweaks, obviously, like: adding some pecorino and walnyts to flour, two spoons of honey instead of sugar. The result turned nice: so tasty and fluffy, with perfect crunch I owe to honey and solid bake.
With apricot jam and thick slice of butter they were something I wished for when started making them. Ill allow to myself to repeat this recipe once every while :)
