God only knows how many versions of sweet brioche we did this summer, but here comes another one that will stick for a while.
Contains of prunes sticked with white poppy seeds frangipane to our cultured butter brioche. We top it with toasted hazelnuts, goat milk cajeta and sprinkles of crushed honeycomb. So many flavors, so many textures. I love it already and want to make more :)
