Toast the weekend with a big pitcher of Largeritas (you read that right) - the perfect end-of-summer cocktail.

Ingredients
6 tbsp soft brown sugar
4 limes, 3 juiced, 1 sliced
75ml Seedlip Spice 94 non-alcoholic spirit
2 x 500ml bottles low-alcohol beer
crushed ice
2 tbsp Maldon sea salt

Method
Put the sugar, lime juice, Seedlip and 1 bottle of beer in a food processor with 3 generous handfuls of crushed ice. Blend until the ice has started to break down, then pour into a large jug and top up with the remaining beer and the lime slices.
Scatter the sea salt onto a saucer. Dip the rim of a glass in water, then dip in the salt.
Fill the glasses with lagerita and serve immediately.
