In Columbia County, New York, @martincooper_nyc and his wife, Karen Suen Cooper (of @mrpsplacecards) worked with architect Kate Johns when renovating their Federal-style farmhouse, which was once just a rambling structure, or a "a lot of rot,” as Martin put it. The couple's goal was to create a classical home, with pops of modernity to keep things lively for themselves and their son. In the entry hall, a 19th-century settee, George III–style table and pendant, Regency chairs, Bokhara rug, and painting were all purchased at @stairgalleries.
