アレックス・オノルドさんのインスタグラム写真 - (アレックス・オノルドInstagram)「Yesterday I mountain biked around Lake Tahoe with @chris__mcnamara, @pablo_durana and @tommycaldwell - something like 120mi and 14k ft of vertical. We rode for a bit over 16 hours (very few breaks...) and generally enjoyed an epic outing. We got super lucky with air quality; the apocalyptic smoke mostly blew out for the day so we had beautiful views and easy breathing. Pretty cool to have an adventure like this house to house... For anyone who cares about details, I was riding an @iamspecialized Stumpjumper and the other guys had an assortment. The key was probably eating and drinking enough all day to feed the engine. I ate an absurd amount of @theprobar bolts (and I’m not even sponsored or anything, they just seemed to go down easily).
