I love this #tbt pic that was taken a few years ago by a great photographer I love.. . Yet in full disclosure my waist could never look this small. Why? Because I am built with a wider waist & have a large rib cage. I’m sure my abs were not this ripped but I know I was really lean..I remember feeling even too thin. Why? Because I was horribly depressed & lost. I have a hard time eating when I’m in that state. . I remember looking at this pic after we took it and wishing I was as happy & carefree as I looked. . That’s the thing with a picture, or capturing a small moment. The slightest angle, edit, lighting, suck in of the gut, flex can tell the exact story you WANT the world to see. And then we try to pretend the less appealing stuff isn’t there. .
