It’s finally apple season (my favorite!) and I’m thinking about how delicious this apple and pear galette with hazelnut frangipane was 🤤 and how I need to make it again soon. I made this during a workshop a couple of years ago, with @adelasterfoodtextures ♥️ You can find the recipe through the link in my profile ♥️ I picked some apples in @myfeldt’s garden today and I’m thinking about what to make. Any ideas?
