- sumo deadlifts: 4 sets of 10
- barbell RDL’s: 4 sets of 12
- reverse lunges: 3 sets of 20 (10 each leg)
- hamstring curls: 3 sets of 15 with a 3 second count on the way down
- staggered stance RDL’s: 3 sets of 12 each leg
- super set: DB sumo squats (4 sets of 15) with jump squats (4 sets of 15)
