I am not an ab expert lol but I force myself to do them from time to time 😂😅 Here’s a quick, no equipment little circuit you can do while watching tv tonight 🙌🏻 also can we take a moment to appreciate the sun flare lol I promise it’s not edited 😂
3 rounds:
- Cross body mountain climbers: 20 reps (10 each side)
- Commandos: 12 reps (6 each side)
- Lying leg raises: 15 reps
- Bicycle crunches: 20 reps (10 each side, pausing at each rep)
- Butterfly kicks / scissor kicks: 40 reps (20 of each)
