Leg workout !!!! Ah ok I haven’t been the most motivated gal lately but it felt so good to sweat and move some heavier weight today 🙏🏻
Workout:
- Reverse hack squats: 4 sets of 12
- RDL’s: 4 sets of 15
- Smith machine sumo pin squats: 4 sets of 10 (coming to a full stop at the bottom of each rep)
- Hip thrusts: 4 sets of 15
- KB sumo squat / RDL complex: 3 sets of 20 (10 of each)
- Elevated Glute bridges: 3 sets of 15
