Back & shoulder workout from this morning 🙌🏻🔥
- Lat pulldown: 4 sets of 12
- Super set: straight arm pull downs (3 sets of 15) with face pulls (3 sets of 12)
- Seated cable rows: 3 sets of 10
- Seated DB press: 4 sets of 10
- Lateral raise drop set: 3 sets of 30 (dropping to a lower weight every 10 reps)
- Seated front raises: 3 sets of 10
- TRX rows: 3 sets of 12
- Push ups to medicine ball row/slam: 3 rounds of 45 seconds
