It was also Aurora’s first time in the stroller (other than for a nap inside the house 😄) and it put her right to sleep! 😴🙌 . I had my 3 week post-birth check-up yesterday (virtually) and my OB said my incision is healing perfectly, and I have 3 more weeks until I will be cleared for exercise. And even then, it’s going to be a slow, slow return to my usual workouts. I will first start with some pelvic floor and core work, and light walking for at least a few weeks. As much as I miss the post-workout feels, I’m in no rush. Postpartum recovery is no joke! . Until then, I love seeing you girls crush your @fitbodyapp workouts!!
