The more I think about how we won’t be able to see family either in Italy or in the US for months to come, the more sad I get. But I really, really don’t want to get in such a sad headspace and stay there. . So what I’m going to focus on instead is: A. What ability we DO have to communicate with and see family in this current moment, like FaceTime, and... B. What plans we DO have in 2021 to see family. We are planning to go to Italy for a month around Aurora’s first birthday next year and I CANNOT wait. I don’t think I’ve ever dreamed of something so much before 🥺❤️ . I think it’s so important to acknowledge our feelings, that things aren’t ideal right now, and not to bury those emotions. BUT not to let yourself stay there for too long and instead find something you have that you can do today about it, and something to look forward to in the future 😊 . What about you girls??
