I have a bit of a roadmap now from my left hip; it is about 6 months healing time for each hip but since I am having this second surgery at the midway mark (3 months) after the first, the total time of healing is about 9 months. I have been so thankful to have a bit of my life back- this 3rd month I can top rope climb again, bike, do small hikes... so I am all sorts of mixed emotions but trying to have lots of fun times outside this week while also maximizing PT, rest, and nutrition.」8月20日 0時36分
