Between changing from track to grass and back to track again + the underlying baseline stress of living through a pandemic my Achilles has been what we clinically call “grumpy” 🤓 After a few weeks on the bike and in the pool, I’m back on the track now and finding joy in being limited by my fitness and not injury. It is humbling to get wiped out by “easy sessions” but I’m relishing the opportunity to learn 🙏
