This is the only vid so far, but local meet was a success I’d say. Just trained through and treated it as a heavy training day and ended with a real solid 5/6 245kg total and a “fuck it” attempt at a 140kg CJ that I haven’t touched since it quite literally ruined my life for a bit last year at Pan Ams. I have done maybe 1 CJ over 130 in the last 6ish months so NOT TOO SHABBY! Weighed in at 77.1 after 3 meals today at a late night session. DEFINITELY have some getting into shape to do for when the real comps come (I was gassssseddddddd by CJs) but this is a nice place to start. I brought my own bar, chalk bucket, put my chair far away from everyone & wore a mask when I wasn’t lifting just before anyone yells at me 🙃 thank you to person who took this vid! Played around with that 250 total... Super pumped about this progress!
