Just some movin. Normally the week after camp would be a full back off week, but we might fuck around & do a local meet next week, so we had to do SOME sort of actual lifting. Needless to say things felt a bit weird & not so beautiful today. But just enough to be able to ramp it back up a bit next week.

Super pumped to be strict on tracking my food again on the @rpstrength app. I could never use it before because I had target numbers to hit yes, but it was “okay eat this much AND THEN SOME” so a lot of meals were measured, then some extra dumped on top. I’m taking the next week or so to eat EXACTLY what I’m supposed to number wise to see what my body does. I need to learn what it needs to maintain at this new weight, so Im going to be extremely precise. I’m so pumped because I love structure & organization & honestly hated eating “whatever numbers” past my minimum amounts. I expect to lose a bit over the next week, but I’m going to let my body react as it wants (within reason, I’ll interject if I start losing too much) so we can adjust from there & have EXACT numbers for maintaining & further bulking. Currently at 76.5 & my body really seems to like it around here, so I’ll let it chill since we have so much time before bumping it up again. I’ve gotten a lot of push back in terms of “you’re not gaining enough”, “you need to fill out your class”, but I’ll let my results speak for themselves on that one.
