After my 3 position power snatches, @aimees2cents gave me “lifters choice” for which 2 positions I did. I picked mid hang & floor, mostly because since they’re powers they are all equally bad 🙃 Tuesday’s are all about powers & pullin & pressin & I’ve come to really enjoy doing them in my garage even though it means a lot of extra walking around for cleans. Pretty sure every set of push presses I did was some sort of rep PR, so that’s nice too
