101kg/222lbs x 3 fueled by a redirected mid-session anxiety attack. Proud of myself for this one, I’ll be honest. Not going to pretend I feel amazing all the time & sometimes things outside of training try and get in the way of focused training brain. But facing the feelings head on and getting a handle on things BEFORE it turns into full blown panic is something @aimees2cents & I have been working on. Yeah the lifts are cool, but getting control of your breathing and heart rate before it reaches IM IN A CRISIS mode is way cooler. Featuring some other not as fun things. Mondays are hard & take fucking forever, but successfully finishing Monday sessions by far feels the best out of all my training days. I think tired is an understatement, but SURVIVED ANOTHER MONDAY (somehow). BW 76.6. @aimees2cents @catalystathletics @2poodperformance @roguefitness
