Just some Monday stuff & things. Weird times when triples start to feel like a break compared to the other sets. This FAT ASS @roguefitness trap bar is an actual monster, I just count it as 25kg even though it’s heavier bc #extracredit (& also easier counting). Feeling like this ol body is adapting quite well to this volume & technical work-
