In the face of an inhumane and unjust immigration system, we stand for dignity, unity, justice, safety and equality for all. No exceptions. In March 2020, we partnered with @unitedwedream, @conmijente and @communitychange to demand that lawmakers ensure permanent immigration solutions that guarantee safety for all. Working with undocumented visual artist Justin Nguyen from Vietnam, we declared all of our shops ICE-free Zones and together, through the sales of Mi Casa Es Tu Casa Soap, we raised $127,000 to support organizations working to build communities that are free and safe for everyone. In collaboration with filmmaker Armando Ibañez we launched a short documentary profiling the lives of five undocumented people in the United States. Thank you to everyone who took action and to those who support freedom for all every day. Support for United We Dream Action will fund voter turnout in the US 2020 Presidential election. Support for Mijente will fund the stopping deportation cases, supporting ground chapters and willing at the ballot box. Support to Community Change will fund the activities of member organizations like Arkansas United, the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA), Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition, Make the Road NY, National Korean American Service & Education Consortium (NAKASEC), OneAmerica and the Progressive Leadership Alliance of Nevada.
