My sisters dog went missing in the mountains and was picked up by a woman who lives in Ewa Beach. The dog has tags and a microchip and the woman has chosen not to return her. Lola was spotted at the Hoalauna Dog Park in Ewa Beach and said in a conversation with another woman that she found our dog in the town she was lost in. She admitted that one of her dogs she had with her was found in California, had a microchip, and she also didn’t return her because the dog had yellow paint on its coat....Assuming that she must have had terrible owners, the same assumption she is making about my sister. This is ILLEGAL, and a police report has already been filed. The woman is Caucasian, mid 20s to early 30s with brown curly hair. She has two white and brown dogs, that are small, maybe 10 Pounds. She is NOT local. She will be acting as if this is her animal, and it IS NOT. We are asking if the community in Ewa Beach can please look for her. As you can see there is a reward for anyone who can lead us to this woman. This animal is a member of our family, and we are devastated someone would choose to do this. PLEASE HELP.
