Fitness has always been my rock in life, helping me to find balance, perspective and strength throughout dark days and light. Without it I would be lost, and whilst I’ve been training from home during lockdown it’s not quite the same as being in a gym with a selection of free weights and cables. I just love losing myself in music, lifting and feeling my entire body catch fire. Pushing yourself, growing, strengthening and building body mind and soul is such an incredible feeling, the feeling of being alive and I hope that you too can experience it.
