Coastal winds have shaped the grayish-white volcanic rock into amazing, other-worldly shapes - and visiting at sunrise / sunset turns the rock an amazing pinkish color that is really striking. It felt like an appropriate location for shooting a lot of the press photos for PN - as while it feels Mediterranean - it also is unlike any other place on earth.
