Moringa Focaccia
As promised
500g strong bread flour
15g okra salt (sea salt is fine)
4g yeast
325g water
60ml cup olive oil
10g moringa
Sift together the flour and moringa so you have an even green flour
Add yeast and salt and mix evenly
Gently stir in the water to make a dough
Rest covered with a tea towel or similar for 8-24 hours (i’m impatient so never go past 8 hours tbh)
Roll the dough onto a baking tray coated with the olive oil - spread the dough gently into tray edges and allow to rest for 2 hours
Bake for 12-18mins at 280C (pre-heated oven)
As someone who is not a natural baker - I love simple baking recipes and this is about as far as I stretch myself and it works every time
